Sessions are held in the ballroom to the east and in the Abbey Rooms to the west. Delegates are continually encouraged to visit with vendors in between sessions and especially during the first night Reception. Vendor display fees include lunch on both days and as well as the food and beverages at the reception.

The room rate for the conference is $95 per night plus taxes, plus a $10.00 per night resort fee. The Event Room Block is limited, so please make reservations prior to July 22, 2011. Be sure to mention the Western Regional Gas Conference to get the special rate.
