PAYMENT
Payment made online (PayPal) or by check or credit card is due in full prior to the start of the conference.

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing and received before July 24, 2010 will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Cancellations received after July 24, 2010 will not be refunded, and the full invoice fee will be payable regardless of whether you attend the event or not. Substitutions may be made at any time. All refunds will be processed by check within 30 days after the conference concludes.
